I don’t mind working in pairs, but in my opinion, my teacher is
asking for too much if she thinks a group of five is going to work.
Needless to say I have been designated “team captain,”
and I wouldn’t mind if my group weren’t so (how do i put it nicely)
out of the loop. I have sent them texts and emails stating what the topic was,
when we are meeting to discuss the plan, and when the project is due.
And what do I get?
“What topic am I doing?”
“When is it due again?” and even asking
“Do we have class today?”
Seriously?! I think I have enough on my plate to answer
these “stupid” questions. I thought people grow up and become
more responsible when they go to college, but maybe I was wrong.
On a less stressful note, this is my last blog, so “Yay!”
One less thing to do for the semester :)

It’s safe to say Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday!
I can already taste my mamma’s mouth watering stuffing and the rest of the delicious sides!
I might have to spend some time to catch up on homework, but I’m definitely watching the game first and spend quality with family I haven’t seen in a while :)

I wasn’t really going for anyone, but i was hoping for a good fight.
It was almost like i blinked and it was over.
I guess it was a good thing it was free :)

Many people were upset about the judge’s decision on Saturday’s fight.
Both did pretty good, and I’m a Pac-man fan, but I think Marquez should have taken the title :/
After my psychology test today, a friend and I went out to eat.
On the way to the restaurant we were waiting at a light, in the left turning lane, behind two cars.
The light turned green and we all waited for the cars from the other side to pass.
They all did and we never moved, even though we waited for what seemed to be like ten seconds. Then the light went back to red and I was like, ” Why the freak didn’t they turn?”
So then it happened again but this time my friend decided to reach over and honk and the car in front realized that they could turn.
I’m not usually one to honk, but I was glad he honked because if not who knows how long/ how many green light opportunities we would have missed.
When we looked back we saw a long line of like 15 cars.
Some people seriously need to learn to drive. :/

I went to sleep so peacefully, and for the first time I didn’t wake up upset.
The only thing that would make this better would be some nice chilly/cuddle weather! :)

Usually I’m on time for our multimedia class, but lately I’ve been a little late because of the parking.
So today for the first time at UTPA I picked up someone from the parking lot and took them to their car just so I could secure a spot.
This wasn’t my first “hitchhiking” experience. I did this before when I was going to STC.
Desperate times call for desperate measures?
I don’t know, but what I do know is that if I hadn’t picked him up I would have been late to class again so I guess the method is worth it. :)

The other day on the drive home from the store, my brother brought up an interesting yet controversial idea.
He said, ” They should make a law where businesses could refuse to speak in Spanish to their customers. The only place where it would be ok is hospitals. When we would go to Mexico, we couldn’t order in English cuz the waiters wouldn’t understand, so why should we speak in Spanish on our side?”
I thought that was pretty interesting because we had talked about something similar in our class the other day.
Is it wrong that I know Spanish but I rather not speak it if I don’t have to?
I don’t know if its that I’m lazy or maybe I just think if you’re in America you should know English….
- puzzled “Coconut” lol

I just need the hold taken off and hopefully I will be ready to register on Monday.
I’m already looking at what I want my schedule to look like! :)

I was really hoping to see the game tonight but because of the rain it was postponed :/
Now what to do/ watch at work?
